Key Responsibilities1.Work with PEER & GBC salesnetwork for business development and to achieve aggressive annual salestargets;与PEER和GBC销售网络合作开展业务，完成年度销售目标;2.Obtain and prioritize customer’sorders to optimize production schedule and ensure the capacity to meetcustomer’s requested delivery time;获取客户订单并确定其优先顺序，优化生产计划并确保满足客户要求的交货时间;3.Work with factory management team tounderstand and optimize its strategy and improve the sales volume of theproduct channels which are not fully loaded;与工厂管理团队合作，了解并优化策略，提高产品渠道的销量;4.Collect & analyze marketinformation on corresponding products, segments and competitors activities;收集和分析相应产品，细分市场和竞争对手活动的市场信息;5.Work with Quality and TechnicalDepartment to handle administrative and technical customer complaintseffectively in line with zero defects and zero broken promise targets;与质量技术部门合作，根据零缺陷目标有效处理行政和技术客户投诉;6.Manage customer database to enhancemanagement with accurate market information for strategic decisions;管理客户数据库，通过准确的市场信息加强管理，制定战略决策;7.Conduct periodic market survey toenhance Company’s position in market strategically;定期进行市场调查，提升公司在市场中的地位;8.Monitor and negotiate for internalpurchasing price for the Company versus actual manufacturing cost to ensureCompany’s profitability level and BP targets;监控和协商公司的内部采购价格与实际制造成本，以确保公司的盈利水平和BP目标;9.Work with Marcom colleagues forMarcom activities.与市场营销同事合作进行市场营销活动。Required Experience, Knowledge AndSkills1.Bachelor degree or above with majorin Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline;本科及以上学历，机械工程专业或同等学科;2.Technical engineering knowledgebackground of at least 3 years is a must;必须具备至少3年的技术工程知识背景;3.Minimum 5 years industrial businessmanagement, business development and analysis experience;至少5年工业企业管理，业务发展和分析经验;4.Strong networking skills withculture awareness; Customer service minded;具有强大网络技能、文化意识、客户服务意识;5.Project Management skills;具有项目管理技能;6.Fluent in English and Mandarin.流利的英语和普通话。
